Add and manage websites

In the section "Configuration", you can create and manage your websites.

Two options are available to create websites: add a single website or add multiple websites.

Add a single website

To create a new website, click on "Add a single website" and enter the website name.

If the site is not owned and operated, you must activate the "Is Schain active" field and provide the required details : "Seller ID (sid)" and "Advertising system domain (asi)".

This will enable Nexx360 to insert the node in the bid request.

Schain info for SSPs using alias

For bidders using alias, it is essential to provide your seller ID. This enables Nexx360 to insert the node in the bid request, ensuring the complete SupplyChain (schain) is provided to both SSP and DSP.

Blocklist

You have the ability to oversee and control your blocklist, providing a centralized management solution for all your bidders. Various types of blocks are at your disposal:

• IAB category: Choose the IAB category that you wish to restrict on your inventory.

• Advertiser domain: Input the advertiser domains you want to block, specifying one URL per line.

• Geotargeting: Determine whether to limit bid requests to specific countries or exclude certain ones.

• Authorized language: Select what language you authorize for creatives.

The information is transmitted in the bid request to the bidders. In the event that these limitations are overlooked by the bidders, Nexx360 conducts a check on the bid response to ensure compliance with the specified requirements. If the response fails to meet the criteria, Nexx360 blocks the bid. It's important to note that this process relies on the goodwill of the SSP, as some SSPs may not furnish this information voluntarily.

You can also manage the blocklist at the account level if you have a global strategy.

Add multiple websites

If you have numerous websites to create, utilizing the second option can streamline the process. This option allows you to import information about your websites through a single file.

Few steps will be necessary:

1. Websites names creation

To export the template and populate it, start by creating unique IDs for the websites.

Click on the "Add multiple websites" button to access a new window, where you can input or paste the names of the websites to be created. You can add up to 100 occurrences at once, with one website per line.

2. Template export

Following that, you can download the template in .csv format by clicking on the "Bulk upload" button at the top right and choosing "Sites". In the pop-up window, simply click on "Download the template".

3. Template filling

Once the template is downloaded, you can start to fill it with some specific rules to respect:

• The column headings should not be modified.

• Do not delete or add columns. If some columns are not applicable, leave them empty.

• You can delete lines if they are no longer relevant for the import (you can also leave them empty). However, it's not possible to add a new line for a website that hasn't been created yet.

• Values in columns A and B ("id", "name") should not be modified.

• Values in column C ("cpm_adjustment") must range from "0" to "1".

• Values in column D ("is_schain_active") must be "0" or "1": "0" for inactive / "1" for active.

• Values in columns E and F ("schain_asi", "schain_sid") must be completed if the value in column D is "1".

• Values in column G ("iab_blocklist") should be provided in the format ["IAB1","IAB1-1"].

• Values in column H ("domain_blocklist") should be provided in the format ["domain1.com","domain2.com"].

• Values in columns I and J ("geotargeting_whitelist", "geotargeting_blacklist") should be provided in the format ["AF","AX"].

When your template is filled, don't forget to save it.

4. Template import

You must now import your filled template into the Nexx360 UI through the "Bulk upload" button on the "Sites management" page, choose "Sites" and click on "Upload the filled template".

You can import your file in .csv, .xls or .xlsx.

During the import, the system will control that your template is correct. If it's the case, your placements will be updated with the filled information. If your template includes errors, a message will inform you and list the issues. You'll then need to correct them and re-upload your template.

Manage websites

Once the website is created, it will be listed, and you can choose from the following actions:

• Edit the website to access site settings.

• Manage the placements to access the dedicated page for placements creation and management.

• Duplicate the website to copy the website along with all its attributes. After duplication, you can edit specific information as needed.

• Archive the website to archive a website that is no longer relevant. To view all archived websites, click on the "X archived sites" link in the top left corner. You can unarchive a website if needed by clicking on the "Unarchive the website" button.

If you have multiple modifications to make to your websites settings, consider utilizing the "Bulk upload" feature, as described earlier.
