Add and manage users

This feature is available only for "Admin" users.
In order to add a new user or manage existing ones, click on the icon on the top right of the console or click directly on this link:
At the bottom of the page, you can see the "User Accounts" section.
To add a new user, click on the button "Add new user" and fill in the required info. The person will receive an invite to create his account.

User permissions

2 roles are available:
  • User:
    • can configure Nexx360 solutions
  • Admin:
    • has the "User" permissions
    • can access and update the account info (account name, company name, address)
    • can add and manage users
The person who creates the account is automatically set up as "Admin".
